REVIEW |October Birchbox

Well Summer is well and truly over, but I am welcoming the Autumnal season with open arms! This months Birchbox “Days Like These…” is all about embracing Autumn – slowing down, cosy days at home and over-indulging on all things pumpkin spiced! So, grab a cuppa whilst I reveal what beauty treats I received this month…

BeautyPro THERMOTHERAPY Warming Silver Foil Mask. I love a sheet mask but sadly I haven’t even had a chance to try this one out yet! The mask is infused with brightening Vitamin C and soothing green tea. It is self-warming and helps to deeply penetrate the skin to even tone, improve radiance and calm irritation.

Winky Lux Strobing Balm. This is a cruelty-free highlighter, words that make me happy! It glides onto the skin with ease because of its creamy texture and gives you a beautiful glow.

amika Soulfood Nourishing Mask. Again, another product I haven’t had a chance to try yet but it sounds like it will be a good one! It fights split ends and dryness and improves the overall health of your hair. I really want to give this a go but just need a spare 5-10 minutes of my day to let it work it’s magic!

Daily Concepts Multi-Functional Charcoal Soap Sponge. Soap Sponges have become a popular thing now days! This is a 2-in-1 soap sponge that combines a detoxifying charcoal cleanser with a gentle, exfoliating sponge. Perfect for all skin types!

Marcelle BB Cream Golden Glow Illuminator. This was actually my favourite product from the whole box. It helps you achieve a smooth, dewy complexion with minimal effort.  My skin felt and looked hydrated, even toned, shine-free and radiant after using this – and I got away with not wearing my usual foundation!

Hugo Boss BOSS The Scent Intense for Her. I was a little surprised to see a perfume sample in this box but I wasn’t complaining! This fragrance has hints of vanilla and cocoa, making it almost good enough to eat for this time of year! Perfect for an everyday scent!

That’s it until next month!

Thanks for reading.
